    Our onboarding and kick-off transformation calls allow us to gain a deep understanding of your goals and health and fitness needs to enable us to design a transformation program that will guarantee you results that compliments you and your lifestyle.

  • PERSONALISED STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

    Individualised strength training programs designed to maximise strength and achieve that ‘toned’ look tailored to your physique and movement patterns, for a maximum of 3-4 days per week

  • NUTRITION PROTOCOLS

    Personalised nutrition protocols to ensure adequate nutrition to support your goals.

  • EDUCATION WORKSHOPS & LIBRARY

    Live weekly workshops on our 5 guiding principles (nutrition, training, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle) which are recorded and available to our clients in our exclusive portal to re-watch at any time.

  • REGULAR VIDEO CHECK INS & UNLIMITED SUPPORT

    Dedicated 1-1 check ins with your coach to seek feedback and answers to any questions you have, as well as additional support 5 days per week and 24/7 community support.

Our program is not for everyone. We pride ourselves on providing a unique and specialised service to guarantee exceptional results, which means we can’t work with everyone.

If you are:

  • female aged between 25 and 55 years old

  • coachable and open to trying and learning new things

  • looking for long-term, sustainable results (our results will not happen overnight; we strive to set you up for long term success, which takes time)

  • access (or willing to gain access) to weight equipment (you don’t need to be a member of a gym - many clients train from home with their own equipment)

  • ready to invest AU$100-150 per week with an all-inclusive training program designed and delivered specifically to you
