WHO WE HELP


We help busy women who have struggled with their weight and have tried various approaches to lose body fat and keep it off long-term without success. Women who want to build their strength both physically and mentally and improve their energy levels.

We specialise in providing personalised 1-1 coaching to women who are seeking a sustainable, lifestyle-focused approach to health and fitness, without spending hours working out, or giving up the food they love.

OUR WHY

Like many women, we have struggled with our weight.

Experiencing what felt like a vicious cycle of restriction, loss of motivation, hopelessness, and spending hours working out or cutting out our favourite foods, only to deal with the constant weight fluctuations.

We constantly felt frustrated, confused, and anxious about why we were unable to lose weight and keep it off long-term. We wanted a lifestyle-focused approach that would enable us to strengthen our body and our mind to become the best version of ourselves. To be able to live our best life - to travel, eat delicious foods at restaurants, and enjoy social occasions, while achieving and maintaining amazing results year-round.

We dedicated ourselves to developing a science-backed system that enables women to enhance their lifestyle with health and fitness, by providing clarity and simple action-based solutions for long-term fat loss results.

    From as long as I can remember I’d always struggled with my weight. Constant fluctuations in losing weight and then gaining it all back, I was a living and breathing example of the standard health and fitness industry’s statistic of not being able to sustain weight loss long-term. I became increasingly frustrated by the prospect of having to sacrifice my life to achieve what was only mediocre results.

    By this point enough was enough. I knew there had to be a way to stop the yo-yo of my weight and sacrificing important parts of my life in order to achieve the results I had longed to achieve.

    I dedicated myself to learning a lifestyle-focused approach to health and fitness. An approach to achieve my dream physique that I could sustain year-round incorporating not only effective training and nutrition (without giving up the foods that I loved), but also creating a fool-proof mindset to constantly improve and achieve what I knew I was capable of. After losing more than 20kgs, I created Fitness Lifestyle Transformations so I could help women achieve what they’ve only dreamed of.
