Unlike other fitness coaches, I’d battled with being overweight for as long as I can remember. I understand the frustration and disappointment of being told that you “just didn’t want it enough”.
For so long I thought that I was destined to continue battling with my weight for the rest of my life. Never achieving the results that I longed for.
Turns out the system was broken, not me.
I invested in learning a new approach. A sustainable approach. One that allows you to become strong, lean, and confident, without giving up the things you love.
I’ve lost over 20kgs (45 pounds) with this approach and kept it off, all while enjoying my favourite foods, travelling the world, and living life, because isn’t that what it’s really about?
